Jacqueline is now based in our Frome office and works in Harris & Harris’ Residential Property Department. Jacqueline deals with all aspects of residential property transactions.
Gemma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx), having worked within the legal sector for the past seventeen years, she qualified as a Family Lawyer in October 2018.
Emma Wiltshire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and a member of our Dispute Resolution Team.
Catherine is an Associate Solicitor who was admitted as a solicitor in 2012, before gaining a wealth of experience with a large firm in the South West.
Catherine is an experienced Private Client Solicitor, specialising in Will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and the Administration of Estates, she also advises on IHT and CGT issues.
She began her legal career in the banking and corporate department of the City of London law firm, Dentons before leaving London to raise her family. In 2011 she retrained as a private client solicitor. She recently took advantage of the opportunity to join Harris & Harris in their Frome office, allowing her to work closer to home.
Catherine takes particular pride in providing a friendly but professional and efficient service to her clients.
Ben provides Residential Property, Commercial Property, Agricultural and Auction services to clients dealing with all aspects of property related transactions.
Annette Baker is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx) and deals with residential conveyancing transactions involving remortgages and transfers of equity.
Annemarie is Head of the Wills, Probate + Trust Department. She joined Harris & Harris in 1981 and trained in Bristol before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1989.
