Harris & Harris has been accredited to Lexcel, the Law Society’s Quality Mark since 2004.  Having the award demonstrates a commitment to excellent practice management.  Annual assessment covers 55 areas including client care, file management, staff supervision and development, planning, risk management, disaster recovery, and financial management.

The Law Society’s Chief Executive says: “To achieve the Lexcel Quality Mark, practices are independently assessed on their systems and procedures to ensure they meet strict practice management standards.  Legal practices that have achieved the Lexcel Quality Mark will be able to demonstrate to clients they can deliver excellent customer service”.

Conveyancing Quality Mark

We were one of the first firms to be accredited to the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Mark (CQS).  Membership is based upon the integrity of the Senior Responsible Officer and other key conveyancing staff, our adherence to good practice management standards and to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol.  The CQS includes a CQS Client Charter.


We encourage our professional staff to develop their skills and expertise. Many partners and staff are accredited to specialist panels and members of specialist organisations. These are shown on their profile pages.
