Annemarie is Head of the Wills, Probate & Trust Department. She joined Harris & Harris in 1981 and trained in Bristol before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1989.

She is a specialist in drafting Wills and administering Estates. This includes mitigation of Inheritance Tax. Her many years of experience in assisting individuals and families in their planning enables her to help clients through difficult times. She is also able to give professional advice on Trusts and problems of mental incapacity, including managing and protecting clients’ homes and assets.

Annemarie is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Annemarie is also the firm’s Partner in charge of Staff, including Training and Development, Appraisals, Client Care, File Reviews and Health and Safety.
