The answerphone will give an out of hours phone number for urgent problems that cannot wait until the office is next open.

We have an interview room on the ground floor of the 14 Market Place office, 25 Market Place does not have any meeting rooms.
The 14 Market Place office is at the top end of the Market Place next to the Bishop’s Eye archway that leads to the Bishop’s Palace. Unless you have made specific arrangements to go to 25 Market Place please come to 14 Market Place.
The 25 Market Place office is at the entrance to the Cathedral Green.
On the A39 from Bristol or Bath
Approaching Wells on the A39 into New Street. At the mini roundabout go straight across into Chamberlain Street . At the traffic lights turn left into Sadler Street. Turn left into the Market Place, due to changes in the market place, parking is no longer available but there are car parks close by see details below.
On the A39 from Glastonbury or the A361 from Shepton Mallet
Approaching Wells on the A39 from Glastonbury or the A371 from Shepton Mallet at the roundabout by the Sherston Inn take the A39 Strawberry Way. Carry on along the bypass until the road divides at the traffic lights and bear right onto the A39 Mountery Road. Continue on this road until the junction and traffic lights taking the right turning into New Street and following the directions as above.
Please note there is no parking available in the Market Place this includes Disabled parking. If you have mobility issues then please arrange to drop off outside the office and then moving to a local car park.
Parking is available at Union Street Car Park, South Street Car Park or Whiting Way, all of which are around five minutes’ walk from the office. There is also 2 hour free parking next to the Cathedral Green but parking here is very limited.
These stop in Sadler Street or at Wells Bus Station, which is about a 5 minute walk. Please call us if you need times.
There is no train service to Wells.
