Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Drawing up fair and sensible agreements.

At the outset, no one likes to think of the possibility that a relationship could come to an end.

However, being prudent at the start, when both parties are relaxed and objective, can be a sensible move. Drawing up an Agreement is advisable particularly when you enter a relationship with children involved or have assets that you have previously acquired.

A Pre-Nuptial Agreement is a written contract created by two people before they are married. The Agreement typically lists all of the property and assets each party owns (including any debts) and specifies what each person’s rights would be if the marriage ended. It would also set out the plans for the care and provision of children.
