Andy has developed expertise advising on a range of disputes and has a particular interest in Contentious Probate matters, Property Disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters, Employment Law and Court of Protection Work.
Andy now works primarily in the Dispute Resolution Department and deals with a range of both civil and commercial matters. As well as working with a range of contentious matters, Andy also assists with Private client work such as Estate Administrations and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
In addition to his role at Harris & Harris, Andy is a member of the Rugby Football Union (‘RFU’) Judiciary and sits on the South West Panel dealing with a range of disciplinary matters.
Andy joined Harris & Harris in 2009 as a trainee solicitor before qualifying in July 2011 having spent time working in the Dispute Resolution, Family Law and Private Client Departments. Andy’s Partner responsibilities include Risk Management and Business Continuity, PI Claims & Renewals, Complaints, Independent Audit of AML Policies as well as Deputy Data Protection partner.
