Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after studying law at the College of Law in London and training with a firm in Wimbledon.
Shobee is based in our Wells office and works in our residential property department, dealing with various aspects of residential property transactions.
Samantha Linturn joined Harris & Harris in 2014 in a support role within the Property Department and has since undertaken her legal studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to become a Conveyancing Practitioner.
Neil spends most of his time on Commercial Property helping clients with premises for their businesses, mainly leases and associated transactions.
Marion joined Harris & Harris’ Wills & Probate team in September 2017, following a move to North Somerset.
Maisie is an Associate Solicitor who was admitted as a solicitor in 2018 after graduating her Law Degree with First Class Honours.
Kathryn heads our residential property department with qualified conveyancing staff in Wells and Frome who offer a friendly and efficient service.
Louise has many years’ experience in all areas of family law and has a special interest in surrogacy and fertility law.
Joshua is an experienced adviser in matters of tax planning and succession. He regularly advises upon Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax issues.
