Annette Baker is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx) and deals with residential conveyancing transactions involving remortgages and transfers of equity.

Annette assists the Commercial Property and Commercial Law departments. Annette also deals with straightforward Commercial Property matters, SDLT and the Land Registry.

Annette initially joined Harris & Harris many years ago and after working in several local firms and raising a family she returned to the Harris & Harris family in April 2014.

Annette aims to provide a friendly and approachable service to meet individual needs. Annette is not only the daughter of a farmer but also a farmer’s mother.
