Tracey joined Harris & Harris in November 2021 as a Senior Paralegal in the Wills, Probate and Trust department. She is now working as a Solicitor alongside a team of highly experienced lawyers.

Tracey completed her Law Degree and her Legal Practice Course in 2010 and 2015 respectively at The University of The West of England (UWE) in Bristol. She has worked in a Legal 500 firm in London and Bristol whilst focusing on Private Client matters. She then worked in a firm in Wiltshire before moving to Somerset. She has also worked abroad as a Paralegal in Switzerland. She is fluent in French and Spanish.

Tracey is experienced in assisting clients with putting Wills in place. She provides tailored advice in order to meet her clients’ needs. She advises clients in regard to setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney for Health and Welfare & Property and Finance and guides clients through the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also deals with Probate and helps clients with applying for Grants of Representation as well as administering estates. Her main focus is to combine her language skills and her legal knowledge. She assists clients on a regular basis with estates that have cross-border elements particularly in France and in Spain.

Tracey is approachable and sympathetic to her clients’ needs. She is a team player and is constantly up for a new challenge. She is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She obtained the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) with a distinction in 2019. She also plans to join Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
