Abigail Higgins studied her Law Degree at the University of the West of England, graduating with First Class Honours in 2019.

She began working at Harris & Harris in 2018 during the final year of her degree and completed her Legal Practice Course whilst gaining experience as an Office Clerk at the firm.

Abigail carried out her training at Harris & Harris and was admitted as a solicitor in May 2022. During her training she spent time in our Commercial Property, Family Law, Private Client, and Residential Property departments.

Abigail now specialises in Commercial Property, advising Landlords and drafting commercial leases that suit their business requirements and advising Tenants on the terms of leases that have been offered to them. She looks forward to continuing to expand her knowledge in this area.
